Guided Hunt Liability Waiver and Release of Claims

Release of Liability:

In consideration of being permitted to participate in a guided hunt with Coyote Reaper Outdoorz, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Coyote Reaper Outdoorz, its owners, guides, agents, employees, landowners, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during or in connection with the guided hunt — including hunts conducted at night and/or involving the use of thermal or infrared optics — whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Assumption of Responsibility:

I agree to:

    •    Follow all federal, state, and local hunting laws and regulations.

    •    Comply with all safety instructions and directions provided by my guide(s).

    •    Refrain from handling or discharging any firearm unless authorized and safe to do so.

    •    Use all night vision, thermal, and IR equipment responsibly and as instructed.

    •    Assume full responsibility for my conduct, my equipment, and any injury or damage I may cause to others or property.

Medical Consent:

I certify that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in day and night hunting activities and that I have no medical or physical condition that would prevent safe participation. In the event of an injury or emergency, I authorize Coyote Reaper Outdoorz and its representatives to obtain medical assistance on my behalf and agree to assume all associated costs.

Equipment Responsibility:

Client agrees to handle all equipment provided by Coyote Reaper Outdoorz, including firearms and thermal optics, safely and only as instructed by the guide. Client accepts full financial responsibility for any equipment that is lost, damaged, or destroyed due to negligence or misuse. Client agrees to pay the full repair or replacement cost at current market value.

I, the Undersigned participant, fully understand and acknowledge that participation in hunting activities with Coyote Reaper Outdoorz involves significant inherent risks and hazards. These include, but are not limited to:

    •    Use of firearms and ammunition, including accidental discharge or misuse.

    •    Unpredictable wildlife behavior.

    •    Rough or uneven terrain, low visibility, and environmental hazards.

    •    Operation of motor vehicles or ATVs in darkness or difficult conditions.

    •    Use of night vision, thermal, and infrared (IR) equipment, which may limit depth perception, field of view, and awareness of surroundings.

    •    Adverse weather, lighting conditions, or unforeseen outdoor dangers.

I acknowledge that night hunting presents additional risks due to limited visibility and the use of specialized optics and lighting equipment. I understand these risks and voluntarily choose to participate, assuming full responsibility for my safety and actions.
