HUNT POLICIES & GUIDELINES Missouri Coyote Hunting
The following Hunt Policies & Guidelines apply to all participants booking a hunt with Coyote Reaper Outdoorz. These policies are designed to support hunter safety, ethical practices, and compliance with Missouri coyote hunting regulations. All participants must review and agree to these guidelines in addition to signing the required Liability Waiver and Release of Claims.
Participant Safety Responsibilities Follow all instructions from your guide. Firearms may only be handled when authorized. Unsafe or reckless behavior may result in removal without refund. Keep situational awareness at all times.
Weather, Terrain & Environmental Risks Hunts may occur in cold, wet, windy, or low-visibility conditions. Guides may delay, modify, or cancel hunts due to safety concerns. Wildlife behavior is unpredictable; no guarantee of sightings or harvest.
Firearms & Hunting Equipment Policy Firearms must be in safe working condition. Only approved hunting methods and calibers may be used. Thermal, IR, and night vision equipment must be used responsibly as instructed. Guides may deny use if safety cannot be maintained.
Ethical & Legal Hunting Practices Hunts are conducted only with landowner permission. Respect wildlife, property, and other hunters at all times. Follow Missouri hunting regulations and ethical predator hunting standards.
Night Hunting & Thermal Equipment Safety Night hunts involve limited visibility and higher risk. Maintain awareness of terrain, vehicles, and other hunters. Follow all guide instructions for thermal or night vision equipment.
No Guarantee of Harvest Payment covers guidance and experience, not guaranteed harvest. Wildlife behavior and success cannot be predicted.
Physical Ability & Medical Readiness Hunts involve uneven terrain and outdoor conditions. You must be physically and mentally able to safely participate. Disclose any medical conditions that could affect safety. The company is not responsible for injuries from undisclosed conditions.
Media, Photos & Video Use Guests may record if it does not interfere with safety. The company may use photos/videos for promotion. Guests may opt out of promotional use as outlined in the waiver.
Alcohol, Drugs & Impairment Policy No alcohol or illegal drugs before or during hunts. Prescription medications must not impair safety or judgment. Guides may remove impaired participants without refund.
Waiver Acknowledgment All participants must review and sign the Liability Waiver at checkout. Compliance with these policies is required to participate.
